Christmas Deliveries

Holiday Orders - Delivery Timescales & Information

During the Christmas period, demand is much higher and it can take up to five working days for an order to enter production. This means you may place an order and not receive an update for several days, or more. We know this is unusual for us, and we understand it may be unsettling.

Additionally, delivery services are also under significant pressure at this time of year. Some regional delivery services are experiencing delays that are well beyond their usual delivery windows.

We are working continuously to move orders into production and dispatch them as quickly as possible. Once an order has left us, delivery times are controlled entirely by the courier service.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the Support button at the bottom of our website, and selecting Track my Order.

We know many orders are intended as Christmas gifts, and delays are frustrating, and we thank you for your patience while we work through the seasonal surge.

Last Order Date

Our last order date to target pre-Christmas delivery passed on 12 December. There has been an announcement bar on every page of the website, which will remain there until Christmas, advising either of the order cut-off date or that is has expired. 

If you placed your order before this date, whilst we remain confident your item will make it in time for Christmas, please bear in mind we are still entirely in the hands of the couriers and postal services to complete delivery on time.

As explained above, we are working hard to get orders processed as quickly as possible, but if you place your order after 12 December, it is very possible that your item will not arrive in time for Christmas. But it will arrive!

Gift Cards

If you are still looking for a gift from our catalogue, you can send one of our Vanwear Gift Cards directly to the recipient on the date that you choose. If it's a Christmas gift, you can order it at any time for delivery via eMail on Christmas Day - and it's valid for a whole year. Of course, remember to enter the recipients details when you order!
