Shipping policy
We ship to the UK and many areas of Europe.
Our products are created as soon as you place an order, and more than 97% of orders are despatched within 48 HRS from on-demand facilities in the UK, Europe (and sometimes the USA). Once dispatched, your order's subsequent delivery time is determined by the Postal and Courier services that service your destination.
Generally, we quote between 5-10 working days for items to arrive - but delivery is often sooner. For example, if you're in the UK and your items come from the UK warehouse, your delivery time could be just 5-7 working days. (Note that if your order contains multiple items, they might be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. Please note, however, some items are dispatched from fulfilment centres in the USA and Europe, requiring additional time to pass through customs and onto the UK delivery services. Invariably, this can add a few days to our target delivery timeline.
Order Updates
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a tracking link containing information for that order. You will be updated at every stage of the process with more accurate delivery timescales. Tracking numbers will also be provided.
Delivery Fees
Because of the number of destinations we now ship to, shipping costs vary and are calculated at Checkout. You will always know this cost before ordering.
Printing products on demand enables us to offer a comprehensive range of designs and sizes. It reduces overproduction and virtually eliminates waste, so it's also better for the environment.
