Garment and Print Care

A lot of time and effort goes into creating our designs and we want them to last as long as possible for you!

To make sure our print designs last, we use water-based inks that maintain their colour and are not prone to fading after washing. But, to maintain the quality of your garment and especially its printed area, it is essential to care for it properly! Please follow the guidelines below...

Do NOT simply follow the care instructions on the garment
The manufacturer's care instructions do not take into consideration the print that goes on top of the garment, so they are usually not applicable.

Do NOT iron the printed area
If you absolutely must break this rule, use only a cool iron and always turn your item inside out and use a cloth between the iron and the printed area. Be careful - printed areas can be very quickly and permanently damaged by ironing.
Use a maximum 30-degree wash cycle
Ideally, use a cold or cool wash and mild detergent, and always turn your item inside out. Avoid bleach.
Do NOT tumble dry
This will also add heat stress to the printed area.
Do NOT Dry Clean
Printed garments are not designed for this heat stress.
Hoodie Care
Wash before wearing! The inside of Hoodies has a warm fleecy lining that may produce a little loose lint, so an initial wash can alleviate this.

Remember, heat and chemicals are your printed area's enemy. If you ignore any of the guidelines above, the quality of the printed area may be reduced or even permanently damaged. Following the instructions above will avoid unnecessary damage and keep garment looking as good as possible, for as long as possible!

Finally - printing on garments can leave a residual odour from the inks, but this will soon dissipate. An initial wash will also alleviate this, along with any production marks on the item.
